1. Introduction & Applicability

You are solely responsible for the security of your account. Do not share your login credentials, password, or OTP with anyone. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

You will be held responsible for all activity carried out from your account, unless you have notified us of unauthorized access in a timely manner.

2.3 Identity Verification

beg99 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. If a verification request is made and the required information or documents are not provided within the specified time, the account may be temporarily suspended.

3. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Payment Methods

beg99 currently supports three payment methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank. All transactions are secured with SSL encryption technology.

3.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 for each method. There is no maximum deposit limit, though identity verification may apply for large amounts.

3.3 Withdrawal Limits & Timeframes

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests generally take between 15 minutes and 2 hours to process. In special circumstances requiring verification, processing time may be slightly longer.

3.4 Transaction Guidelines

• Use only payment accounts registered in your own name.
• Deposits or withdrawals from third-party accounts are not permitted.
• If funds are not reflected in your beg99 account after a deposit, contact support with your transaction reference number.
• If any unusual or suspicious transaction is identified, beg99 reserves the right to place it on hold for review.

4. Bonus & Promotion Terms

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at beg99 receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,000; or depositing ৳42,000 earns the maximum ৳20,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳62,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not the combined total of deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = ৳20,000 in bets must be placed before bonus winnings become withdrawable.

4.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each account is eligible for the welcome bonus only once.
• If wagering is not completed within the specified time after the bonus is credited, the bonus may be cancelled.
• If an account is deemed suspicious or evidence of a terms violation is found, beg99 reserves the right to withdraw the bonus.
• beg99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any bonus offer at any time.
• Separate bonus and cashback terms apply for VIP members.

5. VIP Program

beg99's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Weekly cashback applies at each tier — up to 0.3% at Bronze, 0.6% at Silver, 0.9% at Gold, and 1.2% at Platinum.

Progression through VIP tiers depends on your overall activity and participation on the platform. Reaching higher tiers unlocks additional benefits and priority support. The detailed terms of the VIP program are subject to change, and members will be notified in advance.

6. Fair Play & Prohibited Activities

6.1 Fair Play Policy

beg99 believes in fair play. All games on the platform are conducted fairly and impartially. Any attempt to unfairly influence the outcome of a game is strictly prohibited.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and, if detected, may result in account termination and forfeiture of funds:

• Using any software, bot, or automated system to operate games.
• Money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or bugs in the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Registering an account using false information.
• Threats, harassment, or abusive behavior.
